Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate federal and state income tax returns
- Prepare quarterly and annual corporate tax provisions
- Compile and analyze data for complex federal, state, and international tax calculations
- Perform tax research
- Perform special projects (general tax planning, M&A activity)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA certification is preferred, but not required.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with the willingness to learn a variety of tax technical areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong work ethic and high professionalism
